velsperVelsper's powers are pretty broad and ill defined. I am willing to plot just about any mischief. Here are some specific ideas of things he can do:
Alter someone's individual time. In canon he uses it on two immortals, turning them into children; he tries to use it on a mortal to kill him but one of the immortals gets in the way and takes the strike for him. He cannot unmake an immortal this way, even if they are the time that were born and grew up. When he does it there can be an easy way to undo it or it can be hard to undo, depending on what the other player wants. Poke me to plot! Just because he bites doesn't mean I do!
As a Demon, part of his job is collecting souls for the market share. Since there is nowhere to turn them in here absent a Hild, we can plot, ooc, what the equivalent might be. Usually souls are collected as the price for a wish granted....
CURSES! Foiled again! Velsper excels in curses, especially ones laid to prevent something else, at a cost... This can tie into granting wishes... "I can curse you for the low low cost of your soul, ask me how!" (Okay, he never says anything even remotely like this, but it was funny)
